Executive, Community Engagement (Fundraising)
As an Executive, Fundraising, you will conceptualize, plan, and execute events to drive fundraising and sponsorship efforts. The role requires strong communication skills, initiative, creativity, and numeracy, along with proficiency in CRM solutions and a service-oriented mindset.
Roles & Responsibilites:
Fundraising Events
-Plan and execute fundraising/sponsorship events and activities
-Partner with DPH supporters and volunteers on the execution of events and activities
Donor & Sponsors Management
-Develop and manage relationships with DPH’s donors, sponsors and external partners
Donation Processing & Data Management
-Process donations received through various collection channels efficiently and accurately
-Ensure that databases and website information are updated in a timely and effective manner
Qualification & Requirements:
- Diploma in related discipline
- 1 to 2 years of experience in fundraising / community engagement setting
- Possess excellent verbal and written communications/interpersonal skills
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in the use of MS Office, CRM and Email Marketing software
- Prepared to work late/weekends occasionally when needed
- Strong sense of compassion/interest in healthcare or social services
