Job Summary
The Executive provides essential operational and project management support across training, research, and education functions. A key focus of this role is coordinating the development of education content, including digital learning resources and programme materials, to ensure smooth and timely delivery. The Executive works closely with content developers, vendors, faculty, and internal stakeholders to manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. In addition, the role supports research governance processes and departmental workflows, contributing to the effective implementation of TERM initiatives. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and effective stakeholder communication are essential for success in this role.
Roles & Responsibilities
Training and Education Unit
Coordinate and manage the development of education content, with a particular emphasis on digital learning materials. Liaise with content developers, subject matter experts, and vendors during the design and production phases to ensure materials are of high quality and aligned with learning objectives. Track project milestones, monitor budgets, and prepare progress updates to support accountability and resource management. Assist in the organisation and delivery of courses, workshops, and other learning activities, ensuring that logistics and learner support are well managed. Contribute to the maintenance of digital platforms such as the Learning Management System by facilitating content updates and ensuring accessibility.
Research Unit
Provide administrative and operational support to the Research Office in upholding research governance and compliance. Develop familiarity with the Human Biomedical Research Act (HBRA), while having basic understanding of related regulations such as the Health Products Act and the Medicines (Clinical Trials) Regulations. Assist with Institutional Review Board (IRB) processes and internal audits, and contribute to project monitoring and tracking. Support quarterly research meetings, HBRA training, and IRB-related appointments. Assist with preparation for MOH and IRB audits, renewal of research insurance, annual declarations of compliance, and updating of research SOPs and workflows.
Requirements
· Diploma / Degree in Business Management, Healthcare Management or related
· Preferably two to three years of relevant experience.
· Strong project management skills, with ability to track timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
· Good command of communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work collegially within a team and liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders.
· Proficiency in MS Office applications, with familiarity in digital learning platforms being an advantage.
