We are looking for a dynamic and energetic team-player who is keen to join and grow with our team as an Executive, Human Resource.
Coordination of Payroll Management & Processing
· Coordinate and prepare monthly payroll data, including attendance, overtime, roster validation and variable payments (e.g. interns, temps, doctor call claims)
· Verify payroll reports, including payroll summaries and reconciliation of payroll results
· Review payroll journals and CPF submissions for accuracy and compliance
· Liaise with external payroll vendor to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
· Monitor and report payroll variances
· Support bonus computation and processing (mid-year and year-end)
Employee Engagement
· Organize, schedule and execute HR engagement activities
Administration
· Maintain and update staff list and monthly headcount reports
· Prepare HR reports (e.g. payroll variance, utilisation reports)
· Manage MOM-related submissions including levy billing (FWL, WPOL, EPOL) and oversee the application, renewal and cancellation of work passess
· Raise Purchase Requisitions (PRs) as required
· Prepare HR-related letters and documentation as required
· Provide support for HR systems (e.g. HRIS, insurance platforms) and resolve staff queries
· Undertake ad-hoc activities as required
Insurance & Benefits Administration
· Manage monthly group insurance additions and deletions
· Support annual insurance renewal process
· Assist employees with insurance claims and system-related issues
Compliance & Reporting
· Support preparation and submission of statutory filings (e.g. IR8A, childcare leave claims)
· Verify IR8A reports from payroll vendor
· Support year-end HRIS/system migration activities
· Coordinate and submit surveys (e.g. SNEF, AIC, IMDA, MOM)
· Support payroll audit exercises
Requirements :
· Diploma in Human Resource or Business Administration
· Knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act (preferred)
· Hands-on experience in payroll (an advantage)
· Experience in healthcare sector (preferred)
· Proficiency in HRIQ and MS Office applications
· Meticulous with an eye for detail
· Team player with a positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
· Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
The successful candidate will be initially offered a 2-year contract and can expect a monthly basic salary up to $4,000, commensurate with experience.
