We are looking for a dynamic and energetic team-player who is keen to join and grow with our team as Nurse Clinician.
Job Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and guidance to nursing staff to ensure safe, efficient, and evidence-based patient care in accordance with organisational and regulatory standards.
Serve as a clinical resource person in complex symptom management, end-of-life care, emergency situations, and terminal discharge planning.
Monitor and evaluate standards of care, promote patient safety initiatives, and ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Lead and support staff education, orientation, competency assessments, coaching, mentoring, and professional development initiatives.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient-centred care and improve patient outcomes.
Lead or participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, incident reviews, and accreditation or MOH-related activities.
Facilitate implementation of evidence-based practices, clinical innovation, and continuous improvement within the nursing team.
Participate in organisational projects, professional forums, emergency preparedness activities, and other duties assigned by the Director of Nursing or Medical Director.
Job Specifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a valid practicing license from the Singapore Nursing Board.
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Nurse Clinician in Palliative/Oncology Nursing, or 5–8 years of relevant clinical experience in palliative or oncology care with demonstrated clinical leadership capabilities.
Post-basic qualification in Palliative Care, Oncology, or Gerontology Nursing will be an advantage.
Strong interpersonal, communication, coaching, and leadership skills with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
Demonstrates competency in evidence-based practice, quality improvement, clinical audit, healthcare information systems, and staff development; experience in research or clinical presentations will be an added advantage.
