The Operations Executive supports the Operations Manager in the day-to-day running of hospice operations, including facilities, procurement coordination, vendor management, and safety-related activities, to ensure a safe and well-maintained care environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate facilities services such as maintenance, housekeeping, security, and waste management.
Conduct routine checks and follow up on maintenance and safety issues.
Support procurement, contract administration, and inventory tracking.
Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders on operational matters.
Assist in safety, fire drills, audits, and compliance activities.
Support hospice events and operational projects as required.
Requirements
Diploma in Facilities Management, Operations, or related field.
Relevant experience in operations or facilities support, preferably in healthcare.
Hands-on, organised, and able to work with multiple stakeholders.
